Complex Transport Service (CTS) is a programme aimed at developing efficient cooperation with shippers, providing services by taking on outsourced parts of an industrial plant’s functions:

• Shipper/consignee functions, coordination with the carrier, JSC "Russian Railways" (RZD);

• Planning the required quantity of rolling stock for raw-material and finished-product transport;

• Arranging a steady supply of empty rolling stock;

• Receiving wagons from the station;

• Preparing wagons for loading;

• Locomotive traction and shunting operations;

• Organising wagon loading;

• Weighing and other operations with the wagon/cargo;

• Processing rail shipping documents for dispatched product;

• Moving wagons out to the station;

• Upkeep and technical-condition monitoring of the rail infrastructure.
